1. Service Area (Kuwait Only)

Our online Service is intended for customers in Kuwait. We do not guarantee availability of products or services outside Kuwait. If you access the Website from outside Kuwait, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

 

3. Product Information & Natural Variation

We aim to display accurate product information including sizes, colors, and specifications. However:

  • Colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

  • Live plants are natural products and may vary in size, shape, density, and color.

  • Some products may be updated or changed based on supplier shipments and seasonal availability.

Product images are for reference only, and the actual product may differ slightly.

4. Availability & Substitutions

All items are subject to availability.

If an item is unavailable, we may:

  • Contact you to propose an alternative item, or

  • Remove the unavailable item from the order (where applicable) and proceed with the remaining items, or

  • Cancel the order if processing is not possible.

Where refunds are applicable, they will follow our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Account Registration & Security

To purchase through the Website, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential

  • All activity under your account

  • Providing accurate and updated information (phone, email, address)

We may suspend or terminate accounts if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are suspected.

6. Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an order is a request to purchase products. An order is considered accepted only when:

  • The order is confirmed, and

  • Processing begins or the order is prepared for dispatch.

We may refuse or cancel an order in certain cases (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors, suspected misuse, incomplete address details, or payment verification issues).

  • All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • If a pricing error occurs, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected item/order.

Online prices may differ from in-store prices due to promotions, inventory, and operational costs.

8. Payments

We may support different payment methods depending on availability, including KNET, cards, Apple Pay, or cash on delivery (if enabled on your store).

You agree that:

  • Payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

  • You should not send card/payment details through email or unsecured messaging.

9. Delivery & Address Responsibility

Delivery options and scheduling depend on order type and location. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details (area, street, building, phone number)

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order where required

  • Understand that delivery timing may change due to operational conditions

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, additional charges or rescheduling may apply depending on the situation.

 

10. Cancellations

Order cancellation depends on the order status.
Once an order is prepared, processed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds (if applicable) are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is considered part of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Service.

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., technical issues, traffic conditions, supplier delays).

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

All Website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product listings, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Al Jahra Nursery and may not be copied, republished, or used without written permission.
